I have enjoyed riding these waves of energy never before experienced on the surface this planet. it is new and uplifting. I still remain in this lower density of existence but this is not a bad thing ..but part of my and the planet's spiritual evolution. It has to be so in this experience for suffering and love to exist together, this is duality. Even in this negative energy, this one we spit at our brothers and sister.. we can grow and learn in the worst conditions. And look at where we are now!! Were making it right now! were doing a kick-ass job and have never before been in this place and alingment in these areas of our life where we can live in duality and clear past karma and the longggg term karma from this life and before.


Yes, we did some terrible things and at times thought we should never be forgiven. that was then, and even if we still find ourselves in it there is hope. Many terrible things happened to us, we are not responsible for this all, we experienced the pain that made us stronger and crippled us in many many ways...
Who did this to us? did you?!? Will you save me??

I have written a bit before and understand more clearly now that responsibility is also a blessing. Do to our, almost at times transparent, power of creation .. we got here. This is an obvious fact and simply- we are here right now. WE got here.
This is responsibility, where we are now in this chair or on a phone, in a room. we walked in here.. correct? We woke up this morning. we created and shaped yesterday and the things we did, felt said, and spread. Our impact on the past is this planet now. the butterfly effect is a kind reminder of our actions effect all.


lets imagine and creating some universes...

So we make things happen, we create. how about we create a beautiful cloud floating through the countryside, lets make diamonds form in caves, lets imagine and create smiles on faces.---
To make a smile on this persons face we will complement her "she has a beautiful presence and her apperance is wonderful".. and now she smiles :-)
we co-created this this smile by our input and her response. She did not have to smile but accepted our words, thus we both created this event. And everyone in the universe added into it as well ;-)
Lets work on something bigger!

Lets grow forests, this gives home to wildlife and nurtures young animals to grow and survive. Let us heal wounds on the scared and crippled. Okay now we will make the river flow to give the fishermen more food for there family.
But now something happens..they get there food as planned, our intention was for them to be full and not hungry but when we made the river flow we flooded the next city. Peoples houses broke and washed away. The farms and markets were destroyed, much was lost. This was a result of what we created, so it would seem natural to regret, mourn hold shame.
One could say it is human nature to feel ashamed, i don't think so .. i would argue it is CONDITIONED human nature that will experience shame as a result of this. Humans are an amazzzzzing creature that has a body that is made to protect our mind and spirt.
Body has it's consciousness as well.

We grew and made and broke. a cycle that just.. happens,
 happened to happen.
we didn't mean to hurt that town downstream, we mean good.
we are not perfect in that sense, but we tried to do good.
So we will have to try, not again, just continue trying.
mistakes happen, hakuna matata
all we can do is clean it up or try. sometimes that means sorry.
