The Light Quotient is Raised and has an Ease of Maintaining

To raise your light quotient there is effort,
 worthwhile effort.
struggles become fun, or games..
the once tiresome work we did..
is now an enjoyable challenge.

When clearing the past karma,
resolving problems,
coming to peace with things,
acceptance,
rising above... etc..
~all the same boiled down ;-)

..we raise understanding of the truth.
We experience joy, physically pleasurable dopamine,
calm clarity is a byproduct
and with this experience we experience we may raise our light quotient.

By taking in a deep breathe and being in that moment of being all you perceive.
i find visualizing to be of aid and reinforcing ideas into a concrete format.
As i raise my Light Quotient i take that breath .. i visualize this...


Closed eyes. Light from the center of our bio-mother planet. from which we came from and will return to as a  decomposition of cells. each cell from foot to spine to neck to head, arms, legs, arm-length.. i fill with white light. White light comes from only the pure intention from a source, even if that source is a mere event such as a bang/sizzle/pop-pop. (or an amen)This light vibrates our body, mine and ours, the body consciousness, the brain, the mind, and the spirit consciousness. Inhale the light.....exhale into the absorption of this divinity and knowledge.  The Light Quotient is raised and has an ease of maintaining.
