that moment is this moment

forever and always

it is so beautiful , and it loves us so much

consciousness is all, every creation stems from it..

being it a star, a building, a painting, a thought to a universe.

there is no end, no hell, no fear or sadness

yet we suffer, and cry and commit suicide.

we are silly and will look back and see, that we are here now

and in this moment, and we were here now.

we, our our highest of higher selves, right now can express it in effort.

it is always there but may seem far away, and i will beat myself up for not keeping it constant.

but consciousness is all :-)

every atom is held and maintained by the source.

which is from the kingdom of heaven within

when we live in the now we become more aware that we our on our path

and that we are where we should be.

but i remember and know now that every thought and feeling, idea and motion is where it should be

we cannot escape this love of the all

and it is inside and out every moment, and this moment of forever and more, before.

may u be filled and remember we all love each other and sometimes need reminding

There is so much more then a mundane reality where we walk alone, and in fear. Where we rival our family and spit on our friends faces. Where the ego has anger and hate, it needs health. ask and you shall receive.

The prayer i ask is for ease, comfort and guidance towards and for my efforts. 

I would not want the work done for me, i must gain and grow for myself but i am not alone.
